The principal card of the element of Earth is the Princess of Disks; being Earth of Earth or Pure Earth. The elemental beings associated with these cards are the Gnomes. Their qualities are as follows:

Positive Qualities:
Laborious and Patient

Negative Qualities:
Gross and Avaricious

Fire of Earth, the Knight of Disks brings virulent force to these qualities, as Water of Earth, the Queen of Disks brings an emotional response to these qualities. And the Prince of Disks brings a deliberative nature to these qualities.
